Emily Kinzey

Emily Kinzey is a former student at MacLuhan Middle School and a former Safety Patroller there. She was Wayne Liggett's former partner.

Appearance

Emily is a caucassian girl with short, blond hair and has a pink butterfly barrette worn in it. She has green eyes and her outfit includes a blue, short-sleeved shirt, and pink jeans.

History

Emily was a Safety Patroller at MacLuhan Middle School around the time Wayne Liggett moved to Tennessee. As Wayne was given a transfer from the X Middle School Safety Patrol to the MacLuhan Safety Patrol, the two were partnered up. Some time after Ingrid Third joined the Safety Patrol back in X, Wayne got a letter from his old partner Cornelius Fillmore, which he was reading at his desk when Emily stopped by and asked him what he was reading.

However, their partnership wouldn't last long. By the time Fillmore goes on vacation to Tennessee to visit Wayne, she has been gone just long enough for her desk to be taken, but her nameplate still remained. When Fillmore came to visit Wayne at MacLuhan, he learned that Wayne and Emily were no longer a team. It seemed that she and Wayne had a falling out and she transferred to another school, following an incident in which Wayne got involved in some shady activities. She was bullied so much by the other corrupt patrollers under Patrol Sheriff Thrift for helping out Wayne that she eventually dropped out of the Safety Patrol and moved to another school.

Trivia

• Emily's appearance is very similar to that of Caitlin Cooke from the Canadian cartoon 6teen. Both have short blonde hair and green eyes and wear pink butterfly hair clips. In addition, Emily's normal clothes are a blue short-sleeved shirt with pink jeans, while Caitlin's clothes consist of a sleeveless pink top and a blue skirt. As 6teen came out approximately two years after Fillmore, it is possible that Caitlin's mode of dress was based on Emily's.
