Linus Santiago is an X Middle School student and stage magician. He was once a delinquent before discovering magic.
He was the main suspect in stealing Dewey's robot dog during his performance at the X middle school talent show. Though he protested his innocence to the crime, and was also on the verge of expulsion, he refused to tell the Safety Patrol how he did the trick in order for the case to be solved as it would be breaking the magician's code and go against what he believes in.
In the end, Linus was proven innocent and was given the prize money from the talent show.
