Cheri Shotwell is an X Middle School cheerleader. She is also a reporter/interviewer for the school's newscast. She is voiced by Debi Derryberry.

Personality

Naturally, being a cheerleader, she is very chipper and bubbly, and smiles most of the time. Catering to the blonde stereotype, she may also be a little ditzy.

Appearance

She is a caucasian girl with a blond ponytail and blue eyes. She is most often seen in a mostly red cheerleader outfit, with a white X on the front, white V-neck, white outlines around the holes for the shoulders and white triangles at the bottom of the skirt of her uniform.

History

Not only is she seen as a member of the school's cheerleading squad, but she has also been seen co-anchoring the school's news program with Philsky. Such as covering a parade on the football field that includes Principal Folsom in  and an organization at the school called B.A.G.A.S.T., in .

When Ingrid is seen going through the school's hallway as a new student at X in Ingrid Third, Public Enemy Number One, she meets Cheri, who is the first to greet her as part of the welcome bandwagon committee.
